This sign is one of two located on Kavanaugh across from the Alsopp Park Promenade. They both are situated next to the sidewalk on the southern side of the street. The sidewalk, predictably, is adjacent to, and runs alongside, Kavanaugh. The other side is a green space leading to two back yards.
I have often wondered in my many runs past this sign just what in the hell it means? To add to my puzzlement is the fact that people park their cars with obvious impunity all the time.
If anybody in the neighborhood can explain this to me, I'll buy 'em an adult beverage.
